Returns & Refunds:
- A refund is allowed as long as you inform us within 7 days of product arrival.
- You have to send the product back in an unused condition.
- Please include full name and address details with your return along with the reason for return of item.
- If an item is returned because it is no longer wanted or the wrong item was purchased, a refund will be issued subject to the reduction of postage & packaging fees.
Exchange/Replacement:
- Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us within 7 days of product arrival.
- You have to send the product back in an unused condition.
- If the exchange is due to the wrong item being purchased, buyer will be liable to cover the postage and packaging fees for shipment of the the new item.
- In certain circumstances, we will provide exchange or replacement for free.
Reporting Faults:
- Any manufacturing fault has to be reported within 7 days and it shall be exchanged / replaced in accordance to our exchange policy.
